I wasn't going to Chiloe decades ago. My memory was of a rustic place. Everything has changed and for the better in relation to tourism and this wonderful hotel is the best example of that. It's just perfect.
It is located on the Rilan Peninsula where everything traditional tourist can be done by car, preserving a quiet and noiseless atmosphere.
The infrastructure is beautiful and its decoration in the warm common spaces is distinguished and welcoming.
The rooms are spacious and with a beautiful view of Castro Fjord, we even saw a rainbow. Very comfortable beds and impeccable bathroom. The fantastic shower.
Breakfast is very complete and dinners are worth it! A dynamic menu, all fresh and with local products. Very good wine list!
The highlight is the personalized attention from the moment of booking. The owners and staff make you feel welcome at all times. The recommendations for each place we went are appreciated.
Being a rest hotel focused on adults, a pleasant atmosphere is generated.

I had a wonderful stay last week together with my dad and the experience exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is simply beautiful: each space is carefully thought out, with decor and design that convey calm, good taste and attention to detail.

The quality of the meals is exceptional, all delicious, well presented and with top-notch ingredients. You can notice the care and affection in each preparation.

The attention of the staff deserves special mention: always friendly, attentive and willing to help, making one feel really welcome from the first moment.

And the view spectacular. A real privilege to wake up and enjoy such a nice and well-kept environment!

The experience I had at Hotel Estancia was unforgettable! Monica and Rodrigo are excellent hosts and they make you feel like you are part of the family. They provided excellent recommendations for things to do on the island and were available at anytime if I had any questions. I was fortunate to be there when they hosted a barbecue in the outside area and joined other guests for a beautiful dinner in the dining area. The food was excellent and it was such a great experience making new friends in Chiloe!while the hotel only has limited rooms there is plenty of space to relax in quiet areas. I could have spent the entire 4 days there just enjoying the views and the property. Thanks for everything Monica and Rodrigo, I look forward to seeing you again soon!

My advice is to operate with a company that gives them an Internet of optimal quality.

It is more than a hotel. It is a place to rest and enjoy places to visit in the island. Also exterior view of nature and place is very good from each room. Food in the hotel is excellent. Highly recommend and will try to return next year.

Hotel & Cava Estancia Rilan is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, cozy, beautifully decorated. The views are astounding, the personnel extremely friendly. It made our holidays wonderful! Rodrigo and Monica are the best hosts ever!
