Lovely place of warm attention in a paradise corner of Rilan, Chiloé, highly recommended to rest and taste the best Chilean wines, I WILL CERTAINLY RETURN!!!

A fantastic hotel experience on Chiloe! The location of the estanteria is fantastic, the interior is tasteful. The hostess takes care of her guests individually and lovingly. Food and service excellent. An unqualified recommendation.

The spectacular food

I went for 5 days and ended up staying 10, from the privileged view, the quiet and equipped hotel make you feel at home. Combined with good and detailed attention from the staff, they make the stay perfect, such as feeling at home. I will definitely come back again, I felt in the middle of nowhere with all possible comforts.

The breakfasts are strong and with a variety of options, served quickly at the time. While there are no lunches, there are a variety of options in case you do not want to leave the hotel and wait for dinner. Good variety of cocktails, beers, wines, tea, coffee, to spend the afternoon inside the hotel enjoying the terrace of both the room and the restaurant.

Dinners are luxurious and hearty, with at least 5 options for each type of dish (starter, bottom plate and dessert). With local flavors, all the dishes tasted on every night were wonderful, plus accompanied by something to drink and wood heating. It should be noted that the dishes are made by one of the most exclusive restaurants in Chiloé.

The well equipped rooms, with heating which can be controlled by one. There is a fridge available, a TV. The bathroom is spotless and the shower has very good pressure and heater. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows, with the view towards Chonchi city, it is like sleeping in a viewpoint! It has large windows and a balcony on which one can enjoy an incredible view. The internet signal can fail sometimes but in general it works well, there can be bad signal in the sector so you have to depend on the wi-fi of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those looking to stay away from the noise of the city or also looking for privacy. There is a very short journey by way of ripio, locate well because the road from Castro is not so easy if you do not know the routes well.

Additional services such as tours are organized by an expert agency, Turismo Pehuén, which have been in the tourism industry in Chiloé for decades. They had no problem adapting the departures for only 1 passenger. Very good attention from his team and had an amazing time on the tours.

Best of all, there is direct contact with the hotel owners, Monica and Rodrigo. Both are very cordial, present, with good data and are willing to answer doubts. In my case I went alone and felt well accompanied. Monica even introduced me to the cava and we talked a bit about the history of the hotel, fascinating. Grateful for life that you cooked me on the last night at the hotel. Those experiences at this hotel make this a unique and memorable experience.

I certainly don’t regret extending the vacation here, although there are no pool or hot tubs, from the initial reception, the attention of the staff, the friendly presence of their owners, the comfort of the rooms, the place and the day of check out were amazing. Grateful for the experience and see you again!

A magical and unforgettable experience in the middle of Chiloe, beautiful place, cozy, with amazing details in its decoration and infrastructure. Monica received us very attentively and very fondly, every temperate corner, agúita with lemon and cucumber in the rooms and even with passport of the churches of Chiloe!!. Too gifted!!
The hotel is beautiful, the view of the dream rooms, even to take a bath the view is its great forte. Comfortable rooms, beds and sheets with a touch of lavender that invited you to rest.
Rich or hearty breakfasts, accompanied by a spectacular view, the entire dining room with immense windows. Valentina always attended us with a smile and indulging our requirements and giving us gifts too. We celebrated my birthday with many surprises and details from the owners, even were complicit in the surprise!
Nights at the foot of the woods with a wine from the hotel cava, plus a gurmet snack and good music in the background, the best night panorama.
They have many connections with entrepreneurial artisans where they show and sell their local products.
In addition Monica is a very good hostess concerned about the needs of each guest, each place she recommended was spectacular to visit, eat and meet.
Cachito the dog of the owners was our faithful and affectionate companion watching the sunsets with a murta sour of the recommended house.
I'd come back a thousand times! Next visit will be to celebrate an upcoming anoversary in Estancia Rilan!

What a nice place this is! A very nice accommodation that has been designed with great care and love. You will be warmly welcomed by Mónica, the owner, who also likes to tell you about the beautiful building. The estancia is in a place where you have a wow factor from both your room and the shower (!).
Mónica is happy to explain the nice and beautiful places to visit.
We had a lovely but unfortunately a little too short a stay.
It's not next door but if we are in the area we would stay here again.

Something I can not fail to highlight is the incredible wine cabana that the hotel has, it is very varied, I consider myself a wine lover and I really liked the selection they have and the dishes they offer for their pairing.

What an elevated experience in Chiloe! I cannot say enough positive things about: The food, the beautiful rooms, the stunning views and the incredible hospitality. This is my second time at this wonderful hotel. This time we came the whole family, a group of 15 people in total (including children), to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday. And honestly there aren’t enough words to thank Monica, Rodrigo, Alex and the whole team for all their dedication and affection.
It was an unforgettable week, with the best amenities: cute rooms with very comfortable beds and no need to bring the personal pillow; impeccable cleaning; spectacular shower; breakfasts to roll back to Santiago; wonderful surroundings and nature; unrivalled Southern Mood; delicious Rucalaf food; the best South Murta and Lamb to the stick; and the always attentive and loving staff.
This place is much more than a hotel: you feel at home and want to come back always.

The place is spectacular and its owners, Monica and Rodrigo, a charm. Breakfast, shower, living, makes this place a space to disconnect and enjoy the landscapes of Chiloé.

This boutique hotel stands out for everything: the setting is wonderful, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, the pieces spacious, everything is of the best quality. Rilán is a hidden and preserved peninsula of that mythical Chiloé that we all have in our memories and dream of. Away from the big cities and their devastation but at the same time affordable. Among so many intertwined green hills of trees, small hamlets and ancient Chilote villages, and majestic views of the canals and mountain range to the bottom of the inland sea, one begins to regain faith that we can still save the planet. The Hotel, an almost unspeakable surprise. Its wooden structure and high ceilings, its spacious and comfortable spaces, its windows facing the sensory paradise, the forest of ferns and pond, the impressive and unique cava, the fire of the stoves caressing nights of conversation, the breakfast made with so much love, the comfort of the rooms, the sound of rain on the roofs, the sustainability that is perceived in so many details. In the end, Monica and Rodrigo, the hosts who are of those couples that one minute one feels friends of all and for life. Magic part of the experience meet them!!!!! We'll come back and go
