I had a wonderful stay last week together with my dad and the experience exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is simply beautiful: each space is carefully thought out, with decor and design that convey calm, good taste and attention to detail.

The quality of the meals is exceptional, all delicious, well presented and with top-notch ingredients. You can notice the care and affection in each preparation.

The attention of the staff deserves special mention: always friendly, attentive and willing to help, making one feel really welcome from the first moment.

And the view spectacular. A real privilege to wake up and enjoy such a nice and well-kept environment!

It is certainly a place I would go back to and I totally recommend for those who seek rest, good food and a high level experience.

This place was amazing. As good as a 5 Star hotel in the USA. It was small, only eight rooms, but the rustic style, great food, very unique design, and friendly staff was excellent. There was a picture window in our room that overlooked the fjord. Even the narrow, bathroom had a very tall window so you could see the fjord while you were taking a shower (all in privacy of course, thanks to the unique design and layout of the building)! It’s peaceful, very stylish with excellent food and drink. I highly recommend.

The hotel is wonderful, sustainable and supports local trade. Hosts, restaurant and cava must see!!! The attention in every detail of the rooms is extraordinary and the showers are amazing!!

I stayed a week in this fabulous hotel, but more than hotel it is a wonderful place, where the owners Monica and Rodrigo are present in all the details, which makes it a unique place. The setting is fantastic for rest and for those who seek peace. It doesn't mean it's boring, not at all! On the contrary. We had an amazing time. We met guests too entertaining and all the collaborators were much more than friendly we felt great.
The food, decoration, services, the cava, walks, etc. allowed our experience to be maximum.

Beautiful experience, aesthetically perfect: the hotel is a marvel, the wide view (in the evening poignant), the welcome humanity and attention of the owners of the hotel , Monica and Rodrigo, was touching, delicious cuisine, waiters and friendly cooks, the room also aesthetically perfect, the path to the small body of water in the middle of the forest very beautiful. The Cachito dog was also perfect in this elegance and aesthetic. In addition, the hotel allows an immersion in the history of Chiloé 'thanks to the materials of which it is made and the precious books that are available to read in the hotel and the craftsmanship of the island that is valued.
In short, all very beautiful, elegant and of the highest standard. It is one of the places where you would like to return and stay more days because it is not out of reality but immerses you in it!
