It is difficult to know where to begin to describe our experience at Rilán Hotel.

The place is truly wonderful. The hotel has incredible views of the Rilán estate and the sea, and the best part is that they are present in practically every corner: from the rooms to the dining room and the terrace. It is one of those places where you simply want to stay and look at the landscape.

The breakfasts deserve a special mention. The care taken to offer local, high-quality products is evident: homemade bread, homemade jams, Chiloé apple kuchen and Chiloé murta, farm eggs, good coffee everything delicious and prepared with a lot of love.

The dinners were also exquisite. We tried dishes from La Olla Chilota and, without exaggerating, we ate one of the best curantos we have ever tried in our lives. A truly Chilote experience full of flavor.

The room was very comfortable and the bed was exquisite. After spending the day touring Chiloé, arriving to rest there was a true pleasure.

But I want to end with what, for us, was the most special part of the stay: the people. The service is unmatched. They make you feel at home from the first moment, with a warmth and hospitality that is not always found, while at the same time maintaining impeccable service.

I want to especially highlight its owners, Mónica and Rodrigo, and also Valeria, Jonathan, and Jaqueline. They all made our stay even more special.

We are leaving with the feeling of having found a place to which we definitely want to return.

The place is really very pretty. It has spectacular views, everything is impeccable, the rooms are beautiful.. The truth is that it is a dream place. The service is incredible, with its owners present and on top of every detail. I want to thank Mónica for the great place they built with her husband. It is worth spending many nights in that place, where you will be able to eat very well, explore the island, rest, and have a nice time. 100% recommended!!!

Tremendous stay the place is very cozy, with many details starting the day with an exquisite breakfast . Monica welcomed us with her entire team and made us feel at home. In the afternoons, nothing is better than staying by the fireplace enjoying something from the bar that has everything. And the five-course menu was great, just like the day of the lamb on the spit in the quincho. Additionally, she guided us to take tours and recommended an excellent agency. The craftsmanship found in the hotel is among the best in Chiloé a place to relax and enjoy we will return!

I wasn't going to Chiloe decades ago. My memory was of a rustic place. Everything has changed and for the better in relation to tourism and this wonderful hotel is the best example of that. It's just perfect.
It is located on the Rilan Peninsula where everything traditional tourist can be done by car, preserving a quiet and noiseless atmosphere.
The infrastructure is beautiful and its decoration in the warm common spaces is distinguished and welcoming.
The rooms are spacious and with a beautiful view of Castro Fjord, we even saw a rainbow. Very comfortable beds and impeccable bathroom. The fantastic shower.
Breakfast is very complete and dinners are worth it! A dynamic menu, all fresh and with local products. Very good wine list!
